States that they are calling from the IRS Tax Crime division and that there is a complaint against us.
Accent is very heavy and the grammer used is not one that a federal employee would use.

CALLER SAID THAT HE WAS FROM THE IRS TAX FRAUD I OWNED MONEY FIRST IT WAS FOR NOW NEVER FILED THEN WENT TO PAST 4 YRS AT MY NEW CURRENT ADDRESS NEVER FILED WASNT EVEN LIVING IN NY. CALLED LOCAL DA ORIGINALLY I WAS BEING ARRESTED IF I DIDNT PAY IT AND IN 30 MIN WHEN THEY CALLED BACK IT WAS 15 MIN HAD THEM ON SPEAKER WITH DA TO HEAR GOTTEM. AND REFFERED TO BLOCK REPORT TO ALL AGENCIES.
