This is a scam saying its for your home computer. When you tell them you know it's a scam they get very angry.

This number calls and says they are from the "IT Department" and that your computer sent them a message that you have virus. They then go on to try and convince you to go to your computer and let them access it. They don't say they are accessing it - they say they are fixing it but they are really just trying to gain remote access.

Caller had heavy accent, very difficult to understand. I said Hello 3X before he said anything. Then he began talking on and on. I could only pick out words or brief phrases. He kept saying "your computer keeps sending me error messages." Again accent was very heavy. I asked what he was talking about. He referred to my Windows operating system. I asked "where"? He said on my pc. I asked what pc? When I told him I didn't have a pc he became very angry and questioned me. I repeated, and he hung up on me.
