It was a robo call

The robo caller uses my name and makes a threat that there is a "complaint" "against me. It does not state there is a civil or a particular type of complaint, such as a lawsuit. It then states my phone number, and directs me to do several things. One option it gave me is this 888 number. There is no identity to this phone number, no name of the business, no person answers but it directs me to leave a message. I have been called repeatedly and I have now filed a formal complaint against this robo caller scamer with the FTC for making a threat against me.

Received a call saying a hold had been placed on my Barclay card and that I needed to call this number in order to fix it because there was potential fraud on my card. I do not have a Barclay card.
