Call from 727-900-0693; claimed to be "Jack Bruno" from IRS; gave IRS i.d. as 990157; claimed lawsuit about to be filed against me and that this "4th notice" was last attempt to notify me. Claimed they had tried to send letters and had even dispatched local agent to my addr. I have not received letters or P.O. notices to pick up letter requiring a sig for deliv. Caller gave "case # JR18692" and said call was being recorded. I believe it was totally fake but caller was very thorough, which made it frightening.

Heavy handed call to collect for tax fraud now or meet at court house, if hang up would go into irs files. said 2 notifications were sent by sherif needing signature, but no notification left by anyone. very strange and disturbing
