I have received calls from a gentleman named Jacob Chase asking me to contact him right away. I returned the call and asked what it was pertaining to. Jacob said that it is a law suit against me. I asked for what? He then said that he does not have the file yet so he does not have that information but if I do not want to be arrested, I can take care of the suit now. I informed him that he needs to send me all documentation and all correspondences to me in writing and asked if he had my address. I said he did have my address and that he cannot send me anything because he does not have anything, yet but if I wanted to avoid jail, I can take care of the suit today. I repeated that he needs to send me any complaint, any documents to me in writing before I will agree to take care of anything. He told me, I better get a crimial attorney because I am going to be arrest and hung up on me.

I received the same message and phone call. However, the extremely difficult to understand with a heavy Indian accent man called himself Jack Conway. I have filed complaints through the police department, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General's office. Ironically, my Attorney General's name is...Jack Conway.
