Total scam. They said I wrote bad checks, but I don't use checks. And, county clerk has no record of the case number they are referencing.

I received a call today and they sent me a letter by email.. they had all my info including my last 4 of social, new the county i lived in and used a company i did get a payday loan thru. I still feel uneasy.. and they told me i would get fraud charges, but in the state of va, they can not get you for check/fraud charges, b/c they knew you already did not have the money thats why they gave you the money.. the only thing they could do is a judgement, but i still after receiving all this inforamtion i feel its a scam.. can someone help me.. this is their info on this letter. Yes they are, they call me at my work, and i call them thru my cell but i have to have my cell block so they won't bother me.
i told them they need to send it to my address, and they said they did, but i told them i did nto received anything and it is truth so they want my work address, and told them do not bother me at my work so if you want send it to my address and he has my add that is scary but he keep insisting to get my work address- so i ended saying send it to my home address and i will report you guys also,.

Rec'd a call from 844-414-9903 x 111 from Christina Hall telling that I or my attorney need to call them back about a claim filed against me and that they will submit it for processing in my local county. This is the 2nd call.. Different person calling from a different phone number. Forwarded this to my attorney.

I caught them in a lie ....I asked them for their address ... Well I lied and said I was currently in New York and was going to stop by their office to pay of my debt ...they quickly said uhhh well no that's only our mailing address and refused to give me their physical address

Saying there are legal cases in my name and they are taking me to court. There has been no paper work sent to me at all, and I filed for bankruptcy 3 years ago, everything went, there is no debt out there, cause I am in a chapter 13. I believe this to be a scammer...a true ATTY firm would send paper work to your home and tell you who they have as a client!

They've been calling for months. I finally spoke with someone who said that he was an attorney. I requested the allegations of the legal action in writing on letterhead. He sent the terms of repayment for the supposed debt. For 25 years of a lawfirm being in business...not what I expected...doesn't seem legitimate.

Received call stating there were allegations against my name and social security number. If I did not call them back to make statement she would sign off on this account and I would be summoned for appearance in county court house. My husband returned call on my be half d/t 7 1/2 months preg and not needing stress and requested that documentation be mailed to our address. The woman gave him a hard time about mailing anything to me. she became very rude to him stating to him let's see how upset she gets when a summons in sent to her then she hung up.
