A man called name James Ross stating that i have been approved for 1000 loan. He stated that i need to go and obtain a Vanilla reload money card and put 150.00 dollars on it, so i can prove that i can pay for the loan. like a dummie i did exactly what he told me to do. One hour later he call back and said he could not deposit the money, because i have red scores on my credit. I told him i didn't want the loan anymore and he said he was going to hold on to my 150.00 deposit. I called and told him that i knew this was a scam and he threaten to call the police and have me sitting in front of a judge within 24 hours. SCAM

James Ross called me today about an internet payday loan - which I never had - I've been receiving calls from around the country for almost a year about this (from different people) - this is a total SCAM. They tell you they are working on litigation against you and try to scare you into giving them money. Don't fall for it - don't give them any additional personal information. Tell them to go ahead and proceed with the litigation - you'll never get anything in the mail. This is a SCAM - don't fall for it!

He gave me a is name james ross nd his id#13509 and gave me conformation #45627241 us and told me t0 g0 get a greendot mony pack paypal. n had t0 pay 399dollers and 99 cents.and the attorny that was going to represnt me. than i told him that i didnt have any money. and said that i would see if i get a lone from my fam. he asked how long would take me to get to 711 i said 25 minits. than he said that would inform mrs.rebecka bush. i said if shes my attorny if she could pay n i would give it back when they come with my check of 250.000. he said he ask her. than the phone hung up. i call it back and it wouldnt go throw. it said i didnt have enough money on my accont. i new my phone still made call to my uncel phone and it work so i try to call again and it didnt go throw. so search the number and it said i was scam. from kingstone ja.
