Calling regarding a two year old payday loan I got. Saying I committed Fraud three felony accounts. When this isn't true. Having someone call me from South Carolina saying they were sending the police to have me arrested. I plan to pay this loan back. When I took the payday loan out I was working. This person John Smith even told me soon to be, New employer that I was part of a fraud investigation. Why, I can sue them for that.

Calling in reference to a two year payday loan. Threaten to arrest me on three counts of fraud. When I took out the loan I was working. I haven' t worked in two years. However, I will be working in January, but I do plan on paying it back. I have checked South Carolina laws on payday loans, and according to what the laws states, that can't arrested you for a payday law, it is a civil matter.
