got the same message yesterday from an Indian male calling himself Erin Rogers (his spelling). called this # back and just got machine saying to leave a message with the Dept of Legal Affairs of US Treasury. I hung up and am going to ignore this obvious scam

I got the same call tonight from an Indian dude calling himself "James Washington" which was pretty hilarious. I am not sure what he was trying to accomplish as he did not even ask for any information.

Claimed to be from Us treasury and that legal action was being taken against me James Washington, identify himself heavy indian accent, wouldn't offer information but tried to get info from me..threatend law suit and legal action...he is a scammer see other post online about him

Claimed to be Publishers Clearinghouse and that I had won $3.7 million plus $5000 a month for life plus a new car. After all sorts of conversation designed to convince me of his legitimacy, he got around to the necessity of me paying all sorts of fees and such, which of course is not allowed in a legitimate sweepstakes. His bad English and the sound of barnyard animals in the background indicated a scam from the outset!
