They called me. Lady said "this is Heather from account services" and then the call was disconnected. When I tried to call back I couldn't.

This is probably a spoofed telephone number.

Caller ID read JASON CALHOUN. No message left on voice mail.

Attempts to call back (to be removed from the call list) reached only an interrupt message "You have reached a number that is no longer in service".
