Automated voice message digital voice stating fron IRS And to call back or they will take action. The person on phone had a thick idian descent accent but claimed his name was Jason Smith.Claimed owed taxes from 2010-2011 due tonot filing form 1104A in regards of change of address. Errors were found with tax rreturns. They were threatening and went so far saying they were issuing a warrant fir arrest. They said they were from Rochester NY.... Phone search shows negative feed back belonging to YMAX commucommunications. Number is a land line and is now unavailable.
