Guys I just read this, I have been applying online and I received this responses I have sent my CV to I think 3 times buh I keep receiving this damn and reason why I googled I suspeceted something...please explain to me how they scam people..

This is a JOB SCAMMER! She lists jobs on OLX and Gumtree with very high salary offers. She gives a gmail address to respond to, which is: debeersolutions@gmail.com. The minute you send an enquiry to this email, you get bombarded - spammed every hour with emails sent from Job Outsourcing - noreply@joboursourcing.com with a request to send your CV and other personal info to fax number: 0862269254

Oh no! My soul bleeds.
I fell for that scam for about eight times. Eight times, I have faxed my details to these people or this person. I recognize "noreply@...". Others are from "Mitula News and Job Placements", stating that they're based in the United Kingdom. It's been five months now, and zero response.
I don't believe this crap.
