This guy is a scammer. NEVER pay anything without proof, in your hand. do a credit history check on yourself and get get a theft protection service (lifelock is the best, but i use DEBIX). i have handled 2 cases involving this number/person. if you have questions, call my work number at 818 838 9461.

They are back. Got call on my cell phone today, 1:35 p.m. He identified self as "Daniel" & business name "William Hopkins Law Firm". He asked if I knew about the law suit against me ... well, no. He said to call back (same number)and talk to Senior Attorney Steven Jones for the details. I have no intention of calling these thieves back.
