This guy is a lowlife bottom feeder. He buys zombie debts and then tries to squeeze you for payment. What he is doing is illegal he knows it. He gets his people to call and sound official, like there is pending litigation. When his girl called me she was looking for someone else and told me the police were picking this person up at work if she did not get in touch with his office. He is a charlatan who hides over the phone, a little man who probably has no penis or balls. Ignore this dweeb and record his messages after they are on your VM, they may come in handy some day!

This dirtbag collector works out of his garage and preys on junk debt owners that are uncollectable by no other means than intimidation. It's a numbers game his bitch wife answers the phone and passes it off to him. The sad part is that these 7, 8 & 9 year old debts are junk/zombie debts and have been written off years ago by the original creditor. This flea shit lowlife and his whore wife call all day long from lists they bought and the sad part is they have your personal information, like your SSN, address, phone, etc. he violates the FDCPA all day long then hangs up after he says his piece. What he's doing is wrong and illegal because of federal law but you'll most likely never find him because he hides like a scared bitch after he hangs up.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.Zombie Debt buyers are like maggots they feed off of dead things. Record the call content in most states it's legal when harassment comes into play, also they re-age the debts which is also illegal making the last collection effort inside the statute of limitations for that state for which it was opened. These are true scumbags
