Threatening phone call that I must have my attorney of record call him immediately or I would have to deal with the conciquences.

"John Syder" from the "IRS Department of Legal Affairs" left a voice message on my home phone saying an "enforcement action" would be taken against me for improperly filed back taxes. His thick Indian accent was obvious. I retuned the call...(909)666-5726 and got another Indian gentleman who laid out a big scam about how much legal trouble I was in. Complete nonsense! When I asked to speak with someone who spoke English without an accent he refused. I told him I knew this was a scam, to leave me alone, and I hung up!
