Called to say I had won 25 million dollars, but would not say what company he was from.

I was told unless I paid within 30 minutes my assets would be frozen. I asked why I was not notified of an irs problem from 2008-2012. Was told I was mailed notices. I NEVER got anything. I do not even prepare my own taxes a CPA does.
