Got the same call. I immediately asked "is this call automated", and "Joseph" expressed slight amusement and replied "No". I asked for Joseph to repeat his full name, and he said "My name is Joseph Peters". Then I asked him, "Can you please say your last name first, and your first name last?" Joseph replied, "No". Each time I inquired about the call being "automated" the Joseph-BOT would respond by laughing lightly followed by "No". Then I said "You seriously want me to stout-von-camel-font while left out right up in here.". The system hung up.
