Company claims to be K.S. & Associates. They threaten me with a bench warrant for failure to comply. They did not tell me what I was suppose to comply with. They requested I verify my name and phone number which they already knew, from the recording the left. Then they asked me to verify the last four digits of my social security number. I refused and and asked them what company they work for and what type of business they were. They became irate and threatened to have me charged with two felonies and issue a bench warrant. I am still unsure what their initial reason for calling was however I did call them several times. They claimed to be both a national attorney's network and a litigation firm. They claim to be K.S. & Associate and Kap, Stein & Associates. When asked for a business address they gave me 3126 Peach Tree Road, Atlanta, Ga 30309. The address is non existent. I reported this "company" to the FTC consumer finance division and the BBB.
