They have called me incessantly. I finally had it out with three of them today. When I asked for their name and address, they either hung up on me or told me that they couldn't give me that information until I identified myself. Which of course, I wouldn't do. I told them that I was reporting them to the FCC and the Kansas City, KS Attorney Generals office for fraudulent activity. To say the least, they didn't like it.

I received initial call from 913-730-7401 stating I had 2charges for fraudulent activity with my social security number. This was an automated recording. I was also left a case number. I called back to to have someone answer the phone only saying this is Karen. She wouldn't give me info until I verified who I was and said that this call was being recorded for security purpose. I finally got a little info from her which proved to be something I took care of a long time ago. I told her I would look into and call back. Today she called again from different number 713-588-2614. She said my time exceeded and she processing necessary documents. She claimed to be calling from pretrial center. She left MSG that if I wanted to know court date or any info to call. Last thing she said but didn't finish on voice mail was if I wanted the plaintiffs number. After much research in what was said and different numbers. This is a SCAM. I am so tired of this craziness. I hope they are caught one day

I received a call from Audrey @x6106 saying that I have (4) pendiong charges against me. for $7033.22 from 8/18/2004, they had some of my information i.e current address, past address, sister name and phone number. I NEVER DID ANY OF THE THINGS I AM BEING ACCUSED OF/ So I am waiting for the documents to be sent to me for the charges against me. Someone need to stop them. the number is 3072748686. I wish Ican sue for harrassment and mental anguish.
