I received one yesterday myself asking the same thing. The problem they were trying to locate my best friend from college. This is strange to me

Received an automated call from 866-808-8441. I did not answer, they left a VM saying they were trying to locate me to at home or work to serve me papers. Informed me to call 866-808-8441, ask for Kevin Donovan.
I called back and an automated serve picked up telling me I reach Taylor & James. I never heard of this company. I hung up and began researching, but have not found anything crediting the company, contact or phone number. Any body know what this might be? I am sure it is a scam.
