Leaves no message

Has called several times in last couple of days. Same old crap. I won't answer. Just annoying. Doesn't Ma Bell know about this abuse ,but just does't care?

Calls continually but leave no message. Read other posts that say its a scam. Will soon report it to my Phone Provider so they can Sue them for loss of profits, when I have to change numbers or provider of Phone Services. Do not answer calls from unknown numbers.
