CALLING REGARDING A WARANT FOR ARREST DUE TO SOME FELONY CHARGES LINKED TO MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. THREATED TO HAVE SHERRIFF PICK ME UP IF I DON'T COMPLY. WANTED ME TO VERIFY MY DOB AND SOCIAL AND OTHER PERSONAL INFO. OBVIOUSLY IF YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE YOU HAVE THAT INFO I DONT NEED TO TELL IT TO YOU...SCAM CHECKED WITH MY HUBBY WHO IS AN OFFICER WHO SAID THEY SCAMMERS DOING THIS some from over seas. THEY ASKED YOU FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY AND LAST 4 SS# SOMETIMES AND THEY DO ELECTRONIC CHECKS ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR CHARGE THINGS TO YUOR CREDIT CARD. THEY HAVE INFO FROM UNSECURED WEBSITES YOU MAY HAVE USED AND NEED THOSE BITS OF VERIFICATION TO USE YOUR MONEY...BLOCK THEM, CHANGE YOUR NUMBER ETC.

Two of my daughters got voicemails stating my name and that they were filling 2 felony charges against me and will be at my residence or job to arrest me. The woman's name was Karen Walker at 1-855-591-9348

Stated they were coming to home addressor work with sheriff for two felony charges related to two complaints today. Gave # to cb if any questions.
Another company name called 3x a couple weeks ago stating the same thing.
Seems they really don't have a case!

Just had the same call person's name was Melissa Johnson and the number was 866-306-0148.
Clearly a scam since felonies are handled by law enforcement not a private company and they don't call, they show up.

Received voicemail from female caller indicating that complaints had been faxed to her and felony charges were being filed. Didn't respond and blocked number. Very clearly a scam! Who calls to inform someone of "felony " charges being filed and why would a private company call with that type of information? Scam extortionists that's who. Don't believe these scams. Know the law and your rights!
