Both of these people call me stating that they have a locator is in the process of finding me, that they would like to help me before the locator finds me.
That I have a case that is in pre litigation for fraud and breach of contract.
What this is a payday loan that I thought had been resolved but apparently....not.
this company has purchased the contract and attempting to collect monies on same.
Bottom line is they want me to pay a reduced amount owed on the account and it will be considered resolved.
Well I told him I am not paying them that they need to contact me via the U.S. Postal Service..... That way it documents their intentions.
