Someone with a very thick accent calling himself Manny. Said my "business" was pre-approved for a loan. When I asked him which business it was, he called me a wh0re and said he was coming to kill me and my child. He told me my exact home address and the color of my car and said I'm going to die.

Someone named "Manny" called and said he would like to meet to discuss doing business with us. They said they were investors who buy homes, then repair them........and they wanted to meet to discuss doing business with us.....sounded suspicious, I find this site, and confirmed that it is.
