first they called me the wrong time and wrong date.saying that i need to get a my own lawyer if i wanna solve this matter,saying that i did a fraud for a loan, which i never did,and if i wanna solve this matter outside the court, i have to pay $187.78 thru Western Union and send it to Damaris Harris and the city to send is "Dover" and state "Delaware" and zip code 19901. i got so scared, they said if pay the amount of $ 187.78 and i need to the rest of the "Outstanding Balance" $ 598.66.if i dont pay the "outstanding Balance' by the next day, they will send a cops on with me to arrest me and take my kids to a "foster House". they got all my personel info,like Social Security, address, work #, and cell#, and bank info. now, they need the remaining balance,they keep harrasing my work and my cell. please, no matter they said to you report to the police . i got a lawyer.but, i was so scared i send them money twice at western union after i went online to check the phone number. god bless you, please dont fell for it which i did. those money i send is my rent money for this month. thanks.

I got this exact same thing only first they sent me an email stating that 3 charges were against my email address including check fraud and stating I needed to pay the exact amount of $598.66 by July 13, 2012. Mind you it is 2014 or they are sending court papers to my house. I called the number on the paper which is 775-410-9306 and told them my name wasn't even on the paper and wanted to know who hired them and who I owed this money to and they said they couldn't tell me but they told me my name my address my social security number and my work number. I refused to pay the money and went to the so called website and it doesn't exist. The guy kept hanging up on me and told me there was 245 people handling cases there but when I called back 11 times I still got the same foreign guy. I'm turning this over to my attorney but just like this person before me, this is a fraud just a new way to scare people out of money. Further more I work for a prison so just like them our calls were recorded. Everyone be careful. If you owe someone a debt they have to tell you who you owe it to.
