Martha with High Impact Construction called on this unassigned number, when I asked about this she hung up. I have never done business with this company. They have called a number of times this is the first time they stayed on the line so I could talk to them.
I would not do business with a company using this method to contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They said they were Neilson but when I told them they had no right to ask me personal questions they said they couldn't go on with the survey. I was part of a Neilson survey years ago and they pay for info. other call sites say this was Charter.

This person is extremately rude and has no good customer service skills at all, she had a very ugly attitude from the beginning til the end of the call... I'm so frustrated cuz it seems like we r going to b dealing with this type of people like martha who sucks at what she does, she is a complete bitch with no doubt at all, unfortunately I didn't knw I was going to b dealing with people like her, she said we haven't been paying insurance which is a total lie and we got prove of that, I hope this person gets fire and goes wrk somewhere else because dealing with customers is not her thing... by the way martha if u ever get to read this fuc#&!!!!
