Called regarding an loan taken out like 3 years ago that went unpaid from Ace Cash Express. Which is confusing because I have another actual collection agency calling me on this loan as well. Neither one can provide validation of debt. Both placed illegal calls not stating they are calling to collect on a debt.

My mother received a phone call today in regards to an outstanding check. I haven't written any bad checks. I do have a very old ace cash express loan but no one has tried to collect on. Didn't mention attempting to collect a debt either. Illegal. Will not be responding
