Humana representative states they do not work with this company. How does Matrix obtain my health insurance information and my phone number? A reverse looked up online shows a residential number off of Oak St in Apopka. The VM from Matirx Medical Network asks to call number 888-315-1845.

I understand that Matrix Medical Network was hired by UCare to contact UCare members to notify them of an optional service, and schedule an appointment in their home if they want to. They do not leave a message, but do call back, and I'd recommend that they leave a message. Perhaps MMN doesn't get paid the same amount for a recorded message. I'd prefer not to be called repeatedly.
