This is a legitimate operation for processing medical bills for many different providers. The call I received was a courtesy call for a bill I received to verify that I did get it. I imagine they also take the role of a collection agency if the bill goes unpaid but I'm not sure.

This is a robocall from a debt collector that does not answer when you pick up. They are calling my wireless cell-phone. I cannot tell them to stop, because no one answers. You either get a hang up or put in indefinite hold. The Internet search shows these are from a L3 VoIP. They are using multiple Voip numbers to continuously call and bombard my cell phone. Some of the numbers vary by random sequential generated numbers from the auto dialing robocall generator. They never answer when you pick up, there is no live person on the line.
