Call multiple times all day I called twice to tell then to not contact me I am reporting to authorities and hang up

This man was crazy, introduced himself as a medical compensation company. I told him I wasn't interested and please take me off his list. He refused to take me off his call list until I answered a question. He was extremely rude and I'm so tired of getting calls of this nature.
