This person it's been calling our phone # for at least 3 yrs. for all the reasons in your dictionary, this person called wanting to fix my computer, called claiming to be from the IRS, to be from Medical Compensation Co., twice clamming to be my Nephew and that he needs money because he was in a car accident .
