I usually patch them through to a random voicemail line, but then they immediately call back asking for the owner, stating it is "an urgent financial matter" I said "Then call him on his cell phone" then the caller states "We don't have that information", so I replied "Then he is not a true customer of yours" and hang up on them.

Stated I won money from Publishers Clearing House. Wanted me to go to the Western Union by me and pay $150 for a receipt for the $1.5 funds I won to pay for the taxes. I would send the money to the merchant banker on duty Oliver Hayle St. James Jamaica Wi. Phone number called from was 876-821-5139 which I instantly set to spam on my phone. In the time I typed this up they called back 6 more times.

800-256-1038 These scumbags are calling our business at all hours of the day and night. Caller ID shows up as Account Services, Merchant Services, 800-Service, etc. They seem to be using different names and phone numbers, but it's always the same people. They claim to be our Credit Card Merchant Services company, which we do NOT have or use. Most of our business is done via Cash or Check, and for CC's, we use Square. We have informed them time and time again that we do NOT have an account with them, that we've NEVER had an account with them, and that we will NEVER have an account with them. They are attempting to commit fraud, plain and simple. They are being reported directly to the FCC, the FTC and the BBB for their attempted illegal actions as every call that's come into our business from them has been legally recorded.
