The comment is an absolute lie. I am the owner of a completely legitimate, competent, and honest computer repair shop. This comment came from a well known "dead beat" who refused to pay for services delivered, and decided to exact retribution for being challenged and embarrassed.
I have NEVER posed as a representative from Microsoft, and I am certainly NOT a scammer.
