Microsoft windows support

Says my pc is sending out error and virus messages, so they want remote access to my pc in order to fix it. This is a scam, do not follow their instructions, they will infect your computer and take control of your information.

Indian guy, I hung up because I've gotten these calls before. I called (the real) Microsoft after a prior call. They told me they will never ever call you unless you ask them to. Blacklist this number
