Company sells medical & latex gloves. They contact the business office at the Care Centers. They inform the business office that they are sending a shipment of free gloves for possible future procurement. The business office then receives an invoice three weeks later. On average each invoice is for $500 or more, the invoice description is: 2 boxes med vinyl powderfree gloves. They do business by several names. The remit addresses are UPS Stores in Texas. This scammer is known by many names: Ampex Medical Supplies, Rivera Medical co, Advanced Medical, allied medical, alpha medical, Superior Medical co, falcon international industries, Corbin supply, IHTA INc, DMZ -these are all DBA's. The corporation name is Falcon International Industries EIN#45-5613394. Mike Allen, Doug Bishop, William Baxter, mike Adams & Mike Brown - (real names: mike emoreth Arnold & mike alan Dirksen) they make the sales calls and collection calls. They are very aggressive when trying to collect on the invoice. They've cursed at my Director of Nursing at three of our care centers. Doug Bishop aka mike emoreth Arnold left me a voice mail he used profanity and called me profane names. They call and scream obscenities over the phone and hang up. As I type up this complaint I've already received three calls from Mike Allen aka mike a Dirksen related to amy lynette Dirksen naukam born on April 1969 and Rebecca bliss Dirksen born in 12/1929 and one voice mail.

We've been investigating these two scammers. They had an office on the 6th floor at 10333 harwin drive in houston Texas under the business name "DMZ Inc" then moved to an office on the 1st floor in the same building after mike emoreth Arnold moved from simi valley California to katy-houston texas back in June 2012. Since then he has changed banks, business names and business phone numbers as well as UPS drop box locations and PO box addresses, added PO Box addresses/ship to at a UPS store in Katy Texas which is conveniently close to his home in katy texas. Scammers do these things to keep from getting caught-change their information often. Both scammers have been doing this for years.
