After heated discussion with my spouse, while I was on the phone, repeatedly stating that he was going to refer this to their lawyer as we refuse to make a payment, I told the caller my pat response to all calls of this matter and told him he could call me back in one week. He yelled back through the phone, "I'm not going to do that." I hung up. He called back within 2 days.
