Mr. Goodson claims to be an arbritrator for this pre-litigation firm. They are saying that their client, DJR Group, for a payday loan that we received in August of 2011. We are also receiving phone calls from an unknown number and a man by the name of Jason Kane/Cain. He claims he is a licensed process server for the state of Illinois. He said that unless I or my husband calls the number that he gave me, and resolve the issue, he will serve my husband a court summons. The number he gave me actually went right back to Mr. Goodson.

I also got a call from a process server in my county, but i actually was served. I looked up them and instead of listening to my attorney to pay this i now have to go to court. Thanks for the bad advice.
