I received a call today saying I wrote a check to bank of America in 2013 which I dont even own a check book or have a account any where the lady said i missed a court date on Nov 3 but if I paid 496 it would take care of it when I asked for info and said I was getting a lawyer she got very nasty and hung up called back she did the same thing
