A Mr. Thompson called claiming to have a "Debt Warrant" (?) for a person that has not been at my number for 10 years. He refused to provide the name of the "agency" he worked for. This number has many Scam reports.

This sounded like a harrassing phone call, the caller called my mother about some kind of bill and was quite threatening.
