NAME NOT FOUND on caller id

It's my brother's area code so I answered. Long pause after I said Hello, then a click. "Hi This is John Taylor". I didn't say anything. Another pause. "Are you still there?" I remained silent. He hung up.

Caller asked to speak to someone with the first and last names. I asked who's calling and she said from some auto group. Her line became silent after that and just disconnected.
