Sounded robotic, but also Indian.
She verified my phone number (which is my cellular phone)and proceeded to tell me I had not utilized a state health call a doctor program.
I hung up. No need to continue. I have private health insurance.

Caller's name is Michael. Called 2 days in a row re: insurance quotes. Explained I no longer needed a quote; rep continued to talk over me & try to sell me things. Repeatedly asked to be put on the "DO NOT CALL" list; rep hung up on me. Same thing today.
