I've been called and left message at work by a computer voice recording from 716-312-1040 saying they are Nationwide Arbitration that I'm being served a legal notice on case file 162149. That I most return their phone call to 844-714-2290 x 316. In other times there is a person named Jessica Smith who mentioneds that she is notifiying me of a "Final Legal Notification" so I can request a "Voluntary Restitution" before any legal actions take place. All in all I've recieved about 7 calls since mid March up until the end of the month. I tried to call back from work but our phones at here have blocked the out going call saying it is not a valid phone number.

Says we owe some online payday loan they have all my husband's information and a old Yahoo email address I haven't used in years. We have not taken out any loans and they will not stop calling. Threatening to serve papers and have my husband arrested. Legit business does not treat people like this or use threats. So tired of these scammers.

Yeah have done the same thing to us, calling relatives at first, then blocking out their phone number when they call only to leave this 844 number to call back. When they do call on a phone number which is 718 which is a NY number they don't leave any messages. You are right legit businesses don't operate that way. If you ever did take out a online payday loan most states they are illegal nobody is going to court for a payday loan not paid back especially if the company shouldn't gave it to you in the first place based on where you live
