Nco is trying to collect on an ancient debt... The debt that this company is trying to collect on is no longer on my credit report! I have been recieving robo calls from this company for the past 3 days, today I received a bill from them on a debt that is over 10 years old! What is wrong with these people... someone should sue them. The recording says I should call back and contact Sanjay or Danjay Patak, fat chance!!

Left a post on this site yesterday (11-30-2009). Called back twice today. First time they called I answered and said "I am not talking to you right now," and then hug up the phone. The second time they called I answered and he said his name (which I can't remember who it was), he told me why he was calling and that he was calling from NCO Financial Systems. Now I am really getting tired of these people calling me and told him that if they wanted to talk to me so bad, they had to send me a letter through the mail verifying that they are indead who they say they are. Even though they told me where there calling from, I told him that with the rise in Identity Theft, that I had a legitament reason to be suspicious. Then he got aggravated with me, said that this was going nowhere, and hung up on me. Believe me, I am getting a lawyer involved in this tomorrow. These jerks need to stop there unnecessary harassment. This has gone far enough.

Keeps calling work with a Robo call. I call back & they want to know what line #, sorry 4 lines don't know. I have trouble walking so when I hurry to get to the phone to recieve a robocall, it is very intrusive & pisses me off. I am sure this company does not owe these A** holes a dime.

I just reported this number for harassment. They called my parents' house and asked them to pay my debt! This is getting out of hand. I owe only a fraction of the amount they said I actually have to settle.

Called regarding a "debt that needs to be collected". I called back but they don't recognize my number, which was the same number they called earlier. The person I spoke with tried to get me to give her some of my personal info but I didn't give her any. After a few hours, I got a voice message from this same number to call Clint Miranda. I won't call her back that's for sure.

Message says this is a collection agency and all info gathered will be used by NCO Systems....
I have no outstanding UNPAID Bills.........nor would I give out info on any other person ....even if I knew .......dangerous calls now a days ....
Why can't something be done to stop these calls ...I get lots of them every day????
