I got the same thing. I received a message from a lady that sounded "Indian", but the number she called from was 858-2141 and no area code. However, in my voicemail she gave me this number 713-701-7037. Same story above. Called and I am assuming his name was Neil Johnson with a very heavy accent (also sounded Indian). Saying that he was from this Law Firm (assuming Wood, from what was being said up above) and a compliant has been file against me and that I needed to pay him 447 dollars. I was polite and I was trying to understand what the compliant was about. He claimed that cash advance or something was trying to pull out money that I owed them and I told him that I never did business with this company and it didn't make any sense. He quickly told me my email address and my last four digits of my account # and my bank name . He wanted information and I wasn't going to give it him, unless he could answer my questions. I really had a hard time understanding everything he was saying and eventually he became upset at me because he claimed that I didn't want to cooperate with him and he hung up on me. Just beware. There is Woods Law Firm, but not with these numbers.

He said the same thing to me, that he has my s.s. number and that it is under a investagation. He has call me 2 times today, ,man he getting on my last nerves. Man i wish someone can do something about this, these people wast there time calling and running scams on people, i just want to call and curse them out. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP.

A man identifying himself as 'Neil Johnson' with a very heavy middle-eastern or Indian accent called, saying he is with Woods Law Firm and that my social security number is "under investigation." There have been several calls over the last few weeks from the same number but only this one time has a message actually been left. The callback number he provides in the message is 713-701-7037 but the caller ID shows 858-7037 with no area code.

He called yesterday to my work and cell phone and left messages saying that it is regarding a lawsuit that involves me in my home state and that he has my name and my social security number. When I answered today he said that the same thing then tried to ask for my personal information. I asked him who it involved besides me and he interrupted and said "Listen to me", I said "not until you tell me who it involves besides me" and he repeated "You need to listen to me", again I said "no, not until you tell me who it involves". He said it is regarding a loan with Advance America. I stated that I never had a loan with them and was trying to tell him not to call me back on either of my phones ever again and he interrupted AGAIN and said "yes, I know you don't have a loan with them but....." I told him again to never call me back again and he hung up.
