Left message that she was a process server and would be serving legal documents between 3pm-5pm. Beware if she could not reach me and settle this issue she will issue it as a direct refusal to comply and will miss my court date.
I called court house- no information of any court dates pending for me.

I received a call on 1/4/18 from "Nicole Kaiser," and she left a voicemail on both my personal cellphone (which is not listed anywhere) and my Google Voice number stating that she is a "process server" and that she was sent a fax to put me on her schedule to be served on Monday, 1/8/18 between the hours of 3-5 p.m. at my home or workplace. She did not say what company she is with or who the so-called "plaintiff" is, but she did give me a Case No. and the phone number 832-783-9928 to call "If you have any further questions or concerns or if you do need to reschedule your service date." Upon researching the net, I found other instances of her name and these claims and decided she is some sort of liar/scammer and should not be called back. I blocked the number from my personal cell phone but could not block it from Google Voice since it came up as "Unknown" there. A day later, on 1/5/18, around the same time in the morning, she left another message on Google Voice, more threatening: "final notification in regards to the service of your legal documents. I'll be making several attempts to serve you at your residence in place of employment." This is a Texas area code she calls from, and I've never even been in Texas. I checked our local court records to see if there is a case pending against me with the case number, and there is not. I am frightened that someone will show up at my house or work, but based on what I've read, and the fact that process servers seldom warn you or confirm "schedules" or give you a chance to "reschedule," I am inclined to believe this is a scam or some sort of scare tactic from a debt collector, authentic of otherwise.
