As everyone else has pointed out, this is a total scam. First you receive a call from a girl saying she has papers to serve. Claims that she will be at your house between some erroneous timeframe. Does everything to get your information, this includes your address, following by debit card or credit card anything to pay a "due debt". The number they try to have you call is 844 532 0284. It is a scam, so beware....
