I got this call August 13, 2014 and just ignored it probably some scam.

i got the same message 8-22-2014.. did not take it seriously and did not call back.

I do not answer unknown callers. Someone with a speech impediment, or strong oriental accent called earlier today.
The caller did leave a voice message, to the tune of:
"The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. This is officer James Morgan and my number is 202-747-2167, again 202-747-2167.
Now, don't try to disregard this message and do return the call. If you don't return the call or if I don't hear from your attorney,
I can only wish you good luck as the issue unfolds on you. Thank you and goodbye."
I called back from a "private number" phone only to get a busy signal. this is very threating call if they have my # that is unlisted then I am sure they can get my address where I live. this needs to stop and this person needs to be arrested and locked up.

I have gotten same call for last 2 days. My return phone number is different however. It is an 804 area code. Thanks for the details of the message as I couldn't understand it all. I'll not be returning it either. Has anyone actually called back and gotten a response. Curious to know what he's selling.
