I was able to get through. They said the name of the company was "consumer advocate agency" which is probably a fake name. They make it sound like they are connected to the government. It is supposed to be about helping to lower mortgage payments, but I paid mine off 3 years ago. I wish the government would get involved. (if you call, as soon as the computer answers, punch 0 and someone usually picks up in a couple seconds.)

You cant talk to a person. Its a prerecorded message about a security system. There is no company name given. You press a number to speak to someone or another number to be taken off their call list. When you press the number to speak to someone, its another recorded message saying press 1 to speak to someone & opt in for future phone calls OR press 2 to have your number removed. Today, I pressed the number to speak to someone & it just said Thank You then hung up. I have gotten a call from this same number 2 days this week already & 2-3 days last week. Each time I press the number to be taken off their list and still I'm getting phone calls
