She called at 1:44 a.m.
When I asked why she was calling so late and if she knew what time it is [was], she hung up.
She sounded like a foreigner, probably someone from India. She did ask if my phone number was for a business or a residence.

Recorded call starting with several numbers then stating that a person named Melissa Griggs is a person of interest. This is definitely not a law enforcement agency, or they would have identified the call and never given a name of a person of interest in a recorded call.

Individual called about "a legal issue", for an unintelligibly named individual. Unfortunately, he reached someone in an elderly retirement community who does not know who he is trying to reach, and does not have any outstanding accounts anywhere, for any thing. This is not the first time someone has tried to contact what sounds like "runella smith" or something similar...and it has been reported to the No Call Complaint listing. He can only be a Scammer preying on the elderly...
