Called stating in reference to claim filed against me. Have called 5 times before and requested to speak to a representative or myself. Refused to send information in reference to claim. Stated was from cash advance place. For one they have to release information and these places have your bank information and use their own agency to collect any money owed. They were of foreign descent and did not speak very good English.
